We’re proud of our work, and we believe our commitment to customer satisfaction is one of our governing principles. We know life happens, so rest assured, all of our Koa products are backed by a 1 year warranty. If the wood breaks, we’ll replace it for free. 

If you’re not happy with the way our products look on you, we offer free exchanges or you can return your purchase for a refund. 

Policy void after 1 year after initial purchase. Proof of purchase required.

Customer must pay shipping for returns or exchanges. 

Exclusions:

Personal damages, i.e., scratches, dents, normal wear and tear to frames, lenses, or koa legs.
